Description of role:
Maintaining and repairing buildings grounds and equipment to ensure they operate effectively and safely. This includes performing routine inspections diagnosing and repairing various systems (plumbing electrical HVAC) and coordinating with contractors or vendors. They may also be responsible for landscaping environmental well-being and other general upkeep tasks..
