Job Summary
Role:
1.1 Maintenance Technician - To support production on routing shift and performing preventive maintenance repairs troubleshooting on equipment & machinery and do method solving & problem on machines at production lines.
Job Scope:
2.1 Conduct basic Repair / troubleshoot machines problem at production line with assist from Technicians 2 3 or 4.
2.2 Assists in the installation of new equipment and machines.
2.3 To create execute & update Preventive Maintenance Autonomous Maintenance for line equipment machines and jig/fixtures according to Master Schedule List per Standard defined.
2.4 To liaise with Maintenance Section or Engineer for maintenance plan and spare parts Availability/replacement/controlling.
2.5 Performs routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning lubricating and replacing parts.
2.6 Documents work performed and preventive maintenance records.
2.7 To provide verbal & written communication on equipment downtime improvement and document it for future reference.
2.8 To ensure the design and the utilization of the machines & equipment are made according with all the Safety features / regulation.
2.9 To ensure 5s is being carried out at workplace and follow Safety Rules & Regulation during work being carried out.
2.10 To support Ad Hoc tasks assigned by direct superior and other technicians from time to time.
Qualifications :
Diploma or Advance (Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electronics) engineering
Able to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage
