Showcase our properties with pride highlighting their unique features and amenities.

Tenant Relations and Leasing:

Renting an apartment is more than paperwork; its about building relationships. Youll assist prospective tenants collect application documents and guide them through the leasing process.

Product Knowledge Mastery:

Become an expert! Know our properties inside out from floor plans to community amenities.
Stay informed about major competitors offerings.

Qualifications:

Enthusiasm: Bring your positive energy and eagerness to learn.
Communication Skills: Whether its a friendly chat or a formal email you excel at connecting with people.
Customer Service Excellence: Our tenants deserve the best and youll deliver just that.
While not a requirement candidates with Mandarin language skills are encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirement:

Access to a Car: Given the nature of the role having access to a car is essential. Youll need to travel between properties and assist with various tasks.
