Business Development Representative (German-English) Hybrid Kraków Poland

Were hiring a Business Development Representative (German-English) to join a dynamic team in Kraków Poland (hybrid setup) working with innovative cloud-based technology solutions and engaging with clients across diverse industries.

What youll be doing:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients as a trusted advisor

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities while managing existing accounts

  • Lead customer conversations handle objections and confidently close deals

  • Manage a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve targets

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to solve business and technology needs

  • Stay up to date with trends in the tech and cloud solutions space

What were looking for:

  • German (B2/C1) & English (B2) proficiency

  • At least 1 year of sales experience (B2B or B2C)

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Experience in prospecting account development and closing deals

  • Interest or basic understanding of cloud-based technologies

  • Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
