Under the general direction of the Maintenance Foreman this position is responsible for maintaining and repairing the infrastructure of the Anchorage Correctional Complex (ACC) and must be able to perform all assigned duties independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include skilled work in surface preparation finishing and painting; repair maintenance and installation of security fences gates and razor ribbon; carpentry and construction from blueprints or sketches; and repairing damaged tiles wallboard and other building finishes.
