Responsible for a broad range of responsibilities that include but are not limited to risk mediation reporting process enhancement
procedure administration project management and administration for Operations.
Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible in handling paper contract for specific customers
- Responsible in managing the logistic of policy delivery in different distribution channel
- Responsible in handling internal inquiry with internal customers
- Responsible in monitoring the contract check-in/out reports
- In compliance with Regulatory requirements with good quality standards
- Support management to maintain productivity/service improvement
- Support ad-hoc tasks to achieve desired results of business needs
Required Qualifications:
- People-oriented with tactful customer service skills and good problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated well-organized and attentive to details
- Mature and able to work independently under pressure Good interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Strong PC skills in MS Office including Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient in both English and Chinese both spoken and written
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma/HKDSE qualification will be required
- Around 5 - 8 years of relevant work experience preferably in the administrative operation
