At Adquiere we are a digital platform that connects business owners buyers and investors to facilitate company acquisitions fundraising processes and strategic transactions (M&A) across Latin America.
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support our end-to-end marketing efforts helping us strengthen our brand generate high-quality demand and accelerate growth. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who combines strategic thinking with strong execution and who is comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels (Google Ads LinkedIn Meta email marketing newsletters etc.).
- Track and optimize campaign performance based on KPIs.
- Create manage and coordinate high-quality content (blog posts newsletters landing pages social media content).
- Support brand messaging and positioning for different audiences: founders investors buyers and strategic partners.
- Assist with community engagement activities such as webinars events and partnerships.
- Support lead generation efforts by organizing leads and updating CRM records.
- Help prepare marketing and sales materials (presentations email templates simple reports)
- Track marketing metrics (engagement traffic lead volume) and assist in preparing performance reports.
- Continuously learn marketing tools best practices and the Adquiere business model.
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Exposure to digital marketing concepts such as content creation social media email marketing or analytics.
- Interest in B2B marketing startups or technology platforms.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Organized proactive and willing to learn.
- Ability to follow processes and execute tasks consistently.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics social media schedulers email marketing platforms or CRMs.
- Understanding of paid ads SEO or marketing automation.
