OSHC Holiday Program Educators l Rockhampton

Whether youre experienced in the Education or childcare sector have done some babysitting this is the first time youre thinking about working with children or anything in between THIS is the role for you!

Our Outside School Hours Care service Lighthouse Christian OSHClub is looking for passionate Casual Educators to support with running our Vacation Care program throughout the Easter holidays. Youll pick up available AM or PM shifts Monday - Friday 6:00am - 6:00pm. 

This is the perfect opportunity for anyone wanting to pick up additional work throughout the school holidays!

About the role

Working in a team of Educators you will have support of a Coordinator to seamlessly run before and after school care for children aged 5-12 years:

• Facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM sport cooking art and craft - whatever you and the children are into!
• Foster healthy relationships with children the school community and parents
• Work with a team of skilled Educators onsite

Who are we looking for

We can teach you about the job and sector but a few basics you need to have:

Enjoy working with kids
Strong and clear communication
Team player with a desire to become a service leader
Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (well pay for it!) and a state check for working with children
Australian work rights

A relevant qualification for working with children as per ACECQA is a bonus!
