About the Team

Workday is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our expanding team here in our Dublin offices. We are looking for driven individuals to be able to proactively build relationships with new or existing customers for Workday dealing closely with our sales team based across EMEA to develop sales activity. This role will give you excellent exposure working with other departments within Workday such as Sales Marketing Operations and other departments when required.

About the Role

In this role you will apply your consultative selling skills to initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors. Success relies on using effective selling strategies to optimally position Workday as a viable alternative to legacy solutions while educating the market on our technology and applications. You will help generate new business opportunities through strategic outbound calling and prospecting into enterprise companies.

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • Advanced language skills in French

  • 1 years of experience in sales sales development recruitment customer service renewals consulting or internships.

Other Qualifications

  • Salesforce knowledge is a plus

  • credibility & value proposition: the ability to articulate the value and potential of technology

  • candid communication & trust building: excellent verbal and written communication skills in French with the ability to build rapport quickly

  • business acumen: ability to absorb new concepts and showcase a passion for innovation in order to delight and inspire our prospect customers

  • accountability: demonstrate a highly motivated tenacious and detail-oriented approach to work
