Job Description
We are looking for an Information Systems Operations Analyst to perform financial asset and Information Systems service management processes.
What Youll Do
- Manage telecom and network invoice actions
- Perform procurement and coordinate deployment of hardware and software
- Maintain accurate asset record keeping
- Fulfill cellular device requests and resolve related incidents independently or through collaboration with vendors
- Perform analysis reporting and documentation as requested
What Youll Need
Required:
- 4-5 years of relevant experience
- ServiceNow SAM/HAM
- Understanding of administrative A/P workflows and procurement activities
- Ability to independently prioritize incoming demand and work in a high-volume deadline-driven environment
Preferred:
- SAP Ariba
- IS-related industry experience
Physical Demands
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal state and local standards
- Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings etc.
- Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer utilizing a mouse keyboard and monitor
