Job Summary

Chadwell Animal Hospital established in 2003 is a busy small animal and exotics practice located in Abingdon Maryland just 30 minutes north of Baltimore. As five time winners of the Harford Magazine Best Of Award we pride ourselves on providing high quality and compassionate care to our loyal clients and a fun efficient and educational workplace for our 7500 square foot facility offers separate dog cat and exotic wards as well as the ability to conduct radiographs endoscopy and ultrasound services.

Compensation & Benefits

Full-time experienced veterinarian. Commensurate with skillset experience schedule and your preferred pace.
Earning potential on monthly no negative accrual bonus plan: up to $160k
Additional opportunities to earn: Highly competitive monthly no negative accrual bonus plan. Bonus plan is not mandatory (for candidates preferring straight salary). Equity opportunity available starting early 2025.
Relocation stipend
Bonus in exchange for multi-year commitment negotiable; commensurate with length of commitment skillset and schedule commitment
