Job Description
Job Title - Oracle SDM (Service Delivery Manager)
Experience - 10 - 15 Years
Location - Bangalore (Kodathi)
Work Mode - Hybrid (3 days work from office)
Notice - Immediate to 15 Days
Requirements:-
We need a driven leader who thrives on exceeding a demanding customers expectations. This is definitely a challenging role. But its also a rewarding role for those with the highest standards of excellence who pride themselves in leading teams to overcome adversity.
Curiosity
We need someone who is not afraid to meet with client Engineering ask questions try different ways of working and find new ways to improve systems and processes. They need to be curious about their teams trying to find out who is contributing and how trying to learn who needs help and why and considering feedback from others to learn and continually improve.
Accountability/Results-orientation
We need someone with experience leading teams to productive outcomes. Working in an outsourcing environment with a newly built team means our leaders need to get into the weeds with the whole team to learn who is able to produce results and who isnt. Performance management should come naturally to them. There are ways to do this that result in the entire team excelling as everyone knows the rising tide lifts all boats. We can do this here by instilling pride in our work and being recognized for the value we create.
