Job Title - Oracle SDM (Service Delivery Manager)
Experience - 10 - 15 Years
Location - Bangalore (Kodathi)
Work Mode - Hybrid (3 days work from office)
Notice - Immediate to 15 Days

They need to be curious about their teams trying to find out who is contributing and how trying to learn who needs help and why and considering feedback from others to learn and continually improve.
Accountability/Results-orientation
We need someone with experience leading teams to productive outcomes. Working in an outsourcing environment with a newly built team means our leaders need to get into the weeds with the whole team to learn who is able to produce results and who isnt. Performance management should come naturally to them. There are ways to do this that result in the entire team excelling as everyone knows the rising tide lifts all boats.
