Key Responsibilities

Strategic Stakeholder Management: Act as the trusted advisor to ERGO Business Heads and HR Leaders; align recruitment strategies with business goals and manage account health & SLAs.

Client & Partnership Governance: Ensure seamless communication between ERGO and 2COMS delivery teams driving performance and accountability.

Hands-on Sourcing Expertise: Personally identify and headhunt niche talent beyond conventional channels.

Multi-Domain Delivery: Execute talent acquisition across multiple verticals meeting global standards of excellence.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage recruitment analytics to inform strategy and provide insights to leadership.
