Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pre-Sales Manager to support our AI Managed Services business. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in engaging with clients understanding their needs and crafting tailored solutions that leverage our AI capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

Engage with potential clients to understand their business challenges and AI requirements.
Act as a trusted advisor providing insights and recommendations on AI solutions.

Proposal Development:

Prepare comprehensive proposals presentations and demos that effectively communicate the value of our AI Managed Services.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposals are aligned with client needs and company capabilities.

Solution Design:

Work closely with technical experts to design innovative AI solutions tailored to client specifications.
Ensure solutions are scalable efficient and deliver measurable outcomes.

Market Research:

Conduct research to identify market trends client needs and competitive landscape in the AI space.
Utilize insights to provide recommendations for refining our service offerings and positioning.

Stakeholder Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams (sales delivery and technical) and external stakeholders (clients and partners).
Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to drive successful outcomes.

RFP/RFI Management:

Lead the response process for RFPs and RFIs ensuring timely and compliant submissions.

Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information and documentation.
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in closing deals by providing technical insights and support during client meetings.
Participate in client presentations and discussions to articulate our value proposition effectively.

Performance Metrics:

Track and report on pre-sales activities shadow P&L and outcomes to inform strategy and improve processes.


Qualifications:


Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or a related field; MBA is a plus.
5 years of experience in pre-sales solution architecture or technical sales preferably in AI or IT services.
Strong understanding of AI technologies trends and applications in business.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of successfully managing client engagements and driving sales growth.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
