Job Summary

Profile:BD Associate-Construction-Surat-60k

Experience:Minimum 5 years(Preference: Construction / Prefab / Real Estate / Building Materials / Infrastructure)

Salary Range:40000 - 60000 Performance-based incentives (based on experience and performance)

Roles:

  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across: Residential projects Commercial projects Hospitality projects Institutional & Government / CSR projects

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with: Clients Architects Consultants Institutional buyers

  • Conduct client meetings site visits and follow-ups

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations proposals and project walkthroughs

  • Coordinate with design engineering and operations teams for accurate project scoping

  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Represent the company at exhibitions trade shows and industry events

  • Willingness to travel extensively for business development and client engagement across India as required

Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline

  • MBA in Marketing - Preferred

Language:

  • English - Mandatory

  • Hindi - Mandatory

  • Gujarati / Marathi - is a plus
