The Manager of General Sales Territory will oversee the Growth Account Managers within the team to drive profitable growth aligned with the organizations goals and objectives.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
Business management
- Build up a clear annual business plan based on company strategy and target and be able to implement it together with the team to drive results.
Sales management
- Execution and Develop business plan to implement the sales tactics within area of responsibility set and achieve sales goals.
- Forecast and tracking quarterly and monthly target achievement manage the risk and timely report to management team.
Customer management
- Lead consulting discussions with customers drive innovative technology and products adaptation together with customers and local technical team advocate value selling.
Distributor management
- Execute distributor management policy and strategy and drive dealers business development via efficient and compliant commercial approach.
Team management
- Build manage and develop an efficient team via inspiring and leading the team in achieving business objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education in Biotechnology Biochemistry Bioengineering or life sciences related major.
Min. 7 years working experience in biopharma including min.5 years sales experience and min. 2 years leadership experience.
Systematic sales management knowledge & skills including funnel management territory management sales coaching etc.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills collaborative leading coach and people development operational decision making.
Proactive in building relationships with key stakeholders of all organizational levels
Good written and oral communication skills in English
