The VP Divisional Sales is responsible for sales activities and continually reinforces the Companys strategic vision and corporate purpose by leading with emotional intelligence embodying Company values and inspiring innovation. This role is responsible for developing Regional Account Management individuals and teams to maximize their contributions drive success and foster career growth.

Set clear goals and expectations for Regional Account Managers; regularly review progress celebrate successes andidentifyareas for improvement.
Achieve strategic sales call cadenceobjectivesfor in-person meetings video conferences and phone calls with customers prospects and key contacts in alignment with management expectations.
Execute and manage strategies to maximize economic value (EV) including expanding market share with existing customers.
Maintain effective working relationships with assigned customers and key/primary contacts.
Conduct monthly meetings with each Regional Account Manager to review goals discuss customer strategies and challenges shareinnovative ideas and provide guidance feedback and resources.
Collaborate across departments including Sales Operations Client Solution Account Specialists Risk Management and Loss Mitigation to support strategies andoptimizeoutcomes.
Ensure accuracy of allcustomersand contact records.
Analyze data into actionable business insights.
Participate in leadership development opportunities and apply learned skills to daily activities.
Regularly operate in the field making sales calls with Regional Account Managers (RAMs) and coaching them based on observations and expectations.
Develop relationships with key executives of the top customers in the region.
Foster a culture that reinforces company values respects team members and encourages communication collaboration andinnovation.

Your Basic Education and Prior Work-Related Experience:
Degree Requirement: Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience
Work Experience: 8 or more years of prior work experience

Competitive Compensation:anticipated base salary from $126000 to $180000 based on skills and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive program and long term incentive program.
Rest and Relaxation.This role is eligible for 30 days of paid time off annually which is prorated in the year of hire based on hire addition based on your hire date you will be eligible for 9 paid holidays 2 floating holidays.
