What Youll Do

As a Breakfast Chef youll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality breakfasts that get our guests day off to the best start. Youll manage your section efficiently and ensure every plate leaves the kitchen looking and tasting great.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook breakfast items to a high standard
• Ensure the breakfast service runs smoothly and efficiently
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards
• Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Support with stock control deliveries and kitchen organisation

What Were Looking For:

• Previous experience in a breakfast or chef de partie role preferred
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• A passion for great food and attention to detail
• A team player with a positive can-do attitude
• Flexibility to work early mornings weekends and holidays as required
