Inviting applications for the role of Manager Record to Report
In this role we are looking for a strong SME with extensive knowledge of accounting concepts and should have led a team with a size of 10-15 people. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end R2R process.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end R2R processes including journal entries accruals prepayments reconciliations fixed assets intercompany month-end quarter-end and year-end close
Monitor daily/weekly dashboards to ensure adherence to SLA/KPI
Act as a key point of contact for client finance teams auditors and internal stakeholders.
Manage escalations and proactively resolve issues.
Partner with clients to identify opportunities for process standardization harmonization and automation
Lead coach and develop a team of 1015 associates. Conduct performance reviews career development discussions and manage attrition
Drive adherence to risk and compliance frameworks
Ensure process documentation (SOPs) are updated regularly.
Identify and implement process improvement opportunities using LSS and other RPA tools
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce Finance or Accounting ( CA would be an added advantage
At least relevant years of R2R experience in shared services/BPO with at relevant years in a supervisory role
Experience in managing global clients across multiple geographies
Proficiency in SAP MS Excel reporting tools and reconciliation platforms (Blackline)
Exposure to other automation tools (RPA) is an added advantage
