Job Summary
Job Title: Senior Salesforce Project Manager Location: Coimbatore Bangalore India Experience: Minimum 7 Years Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Project Manager with at least 7 years of project management experience including significant experience in Salesforce implementation and management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing Salesforce projects from initiation to completion ensuring that deliverables meet the expectations of clients and internal stakeholders. You will manage a cross functional team of Salesforce consultants developers and business analysts ensuring successful project execution delivery and post implementation support. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce projects ensuring adherence to timelines budgets and scope. Work closely with clients to gather and define business requirements translating them into technical Salesforce solutions. Develop comprehensive project plans including scope schedule risk management and resource allocation. Act as a point of contact between clients and the internal team managing communications expectations and project status. Manage cross functional teams including developers consultants and business analysts to deliver high quality Salesforce implementations. Ensure all Salesforce projects are aligned with company goals objectives and best practices. Provide leadership guidance and mentoring to project teams ensuring adherence to established processes and quality standards. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor and track project progress providing regular status updates and reports to stakeholders. Conduct post implementation reviews to assess the success of Salesforce projects and identify areas for improvement. Stay updated on the latest Salesforce trends features and technologies to ensure continuous improvement and optimization of Salesforce solutions. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management with at least 5 years specifically managing Salesforce implementations. Proven experience in managing large scale Salesforce projects from inception through completion. Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud and other Salesforce depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities including Apex Visual force Lightning and integrations. Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Salesforce Certified Consultant) are highly desirable. Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to lead motivate and manage cross functional teams. Strong experience in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to convey technical information to nontechnical audiences. Experience managing project budgets timelines and resources. Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail with the ability to identify project risks and issues and implement corrective actions. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project Jira Trello) and Salesforce project tracking tools. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working with clients in industries such as IT Manufacturing Services or Financial Services. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for Salesforce deployments. Strong understanding of data migration system integrations and change management strategies in Salesforce environments.
