Job Summary
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on assigned projects.
- Translate client briefs into clear instructions for designers and creative teams.
- Track timelines deliverables and ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Proactively follow up with clients on approvals feedback and next steps.
- Assist in preparing proposals decks and presentations.
- Maintain project documentation and status reports.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients team members and management.
Requirements
- 02 years of experience in client servicing account management or project coordination (agency experience preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organized detail-oriented and proactive.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment.
- A people person who can balance empathy with professionalism.
- Familiarity with branding design or digital marketing is a plus.
