We are seeking an experienced Google Paid Marketing Manager to drive bookings leads and brand visibility for our hospitality and wellness properties. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Google Ads Google Analytics (GA4) Google Tag Manager and performance optimization with a strong focus on ROI-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan execute and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search Display YouTube Performance Max and Remarketing).
- Drive room bookings retreat sign-ups spa services and website inquiries through paid campaigns.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Ensure seamless website integration event tracking and funnel tracking.
- Monitor and optimize performance metrics including CTR CPC CPA ROAS and conversion rate.
- Conduct keyword research focused on hospitality wellness retreats and luxury experiences.
- Build up Bidding strategy for keywords
- Create and test ad copies extensions and landing page strategies.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate with design content and web development teams to improve campaign performance.
- Manage advertising budgets and optimize spend for maximum returns.
