A reputed engineering project is seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer to oversee the complete installation execution and commissioning of advanced VRF/VRV air conditioning systems. This is a dynamic field-based role best suited for candidates who are confident in independently managing site-level HVAC works.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the end-to-end installation and commissioning of VRF/VRV HVAC systems on-site
Interpret and work from HVAC design layouts BOQs and technical drawings
Collaborate with consultants site engineers and client representatives to ensure project goals are met.
Maintain high standards of quality safety and on-time delivery during execution
Supervise technician teams manage material flow and coordinate site logistics.
Provide on-site technical troubleshooting and resolution of HVAC system issues
Report progress and escalate site-level challenges to the Project and MEP Heads
Requirements
Candidate Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 35 years in HVAC specifically with VRF/VRV systems
Age Range: 25 35 years
Languages: English (Kannada preferred but not mandatory)
Strong project handling site coordination and technical problem-solving skills
Willingness to work in a fast-paced project environment with field responsibilities

Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture Civil Engineering or a related field. 35 years of relevant experience preferably in hospitality or commercial landscape projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with other design tools (SketchUp Rev it etc. is a plus). Hands-on experience in vertical garden installation and MS frame fabrication. Strong knowledge of horticulture and irrigation systems related to vertical landscapes. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Attributes: Passion for sustainable and green design practices. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Previous experience working with hospitality brands resorts or luxury properties.
