Job Summary

Strong technical understanding of IAM concepts (authentication authorization RBAC identity lifecycle).

Lead end to end business analysis activities for the IAM modernization initiative with minimal guidance.

Capture analyze and document functional nonfunctional and security requirements for SPA based IAM workflows.

Facilitate collaboration across UIUX Development QA Product Security and Architecture teams to drive delivery.

Translate existing JSF based IAM flows into clear future state requirements and user journeys.

Own requirement traceability delivery timelines dependencies and milestone planning.

Manage stakeholder communication status reporting and risk and issue escalation.

7 years of Business Analysis experience with significant exposure to IAM or securityfocused initiatives.

Strong technical understanding of IAM concepts (authentication authorization RBAC identity lifecycle).

Experience supporting enterprise application modernization or SPAbased solutions.

Proven ability to facilitate technical discussions and bridge business and engineering teams.

Solid Agile delivery experience including backlog management user stories and acceptance criteria.

Strong communication planning and stakeholder management skills.
