The Marketing & PR Lead will lead the development and execution of high-impact marketing and public relations strategies to strengthen the companys brand drive sustainable growth and enhance public trust. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capability responsible for overseeing brand positioning customer acquisition initiatives media relations and corporate communications in line with fintech industry standards and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities:
Marketing & Growth:
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the companys business and growth objectives.
- Drive large-scale customer acquisition engagement and retention initiatives across digital and offline channels.
- Oversee social media strategy website performance content marketing email campaigns and paid advertising.
- Analyse market trends customer behaviour and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Set marketing KPIs monitor performance and present detailed campaign performance and ROI reports to management.
Public Relations (PR):
- Lead the companys public relations strategy to strengthen brand reputation and credibility.
- Oversee the drafting and distribution of press releases corporate announcements and media communications.
- Build manage and maintain senior-level relationships with media houses journalists influencers regulators and strategic partners.
- Manage public communications corporate messaging and reputation management initiatives.
- Lead crisis communication planning and execution ensuring clear consistent and compliant messaging across all channels.
Brand & Communications:
- Own and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
- Lead and coordinate high-profile promotional events product launches and integrated campaigns.
- Work closely with Product Customer Support Compliance and Management to ensure accurate compliant and aligned messaging.
- Represent the company at industry events conferences stakeholder meetings and public engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Mass Communication Public Relations Business Administration or a related field. A masters degree or professional certification is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 57 years proven experience in marketing public relations or corporate communications preferably within fintech technology or financial services.
- Strong strategic understanding of digital marketing brand management and media relations.
- Excellent written verbal and presentation communication skills.
- Solid understanding of fintech products financial services and regulatory-sensitive communications.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently lead initiatives manage multiple projects and deliver results under pressure.
- Strategic leadership and decision-making skills
- Strong communication storytelling and stakeholder management abilities
- High level of creativity balanced with analytical and data-driven thinking
- Media relations negotiation and networking expertise
- Strong attention to detail and brand governance
