Job Summary

The Admin Lead is responsible for overseeing administrative operations facility management safety compliance and support services of the company. The role ensures a safe efficient and compliant workplace by supervising security utilities cleaning services and facility maintenance while enforcing Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards and company policies.



Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Supervision - Supervise daily administrative operations and ensure efficient office support services
  • Facility Management - Oversee maintenance repair and overall condition of company facilities and equipment
  • Safety Management - Act as Safety Officer 2 (SO2) and ensure compliance with OSH laws policies and safety programs
  • Security Management - Supervise in-house security personnel and enforce security protocols
  • Janitorial Management - Supervise cleaning personnel or service providers to maintain workplace cleanliness and sanitation
  • Contract Management - Manage administrative contracts vendors and service providers
  • Compliance Monitoring - Ensure compliance with labor laws OSH regulations and internal company policies
  • Incident Management - Investigate document and report safety incidents security concerns and facility issues
  • Reporting - Prepare and submit administrative safety and facility-related reports to HR Management
  • Process Improvement - Recommend improvements to administrative systems safety measures and facility operations
  • Policy Enforcement - Enforce company policies safety standards and administrative procedures
  • Leadership & Supervision - Lead guide and monitor administrative staff and support personnel
  • Work Environment Support - Promote a safe organized compliant and productive work environment


Qualifications and Skills:

1. License - Certified Safety Officer 2 (SO2)

2. Experience - Proven experience in administrative leadership facility management or related roles

3. Technical Knowledge - Strong knowledge of OSH laws facility maintenance and administrative systems

4. Core Skills - Leadership problem-solving reporting communication and decision-making skills

5. Physical Requirements - Physically fit and able to conduct inspections as required

6. Personal Traits - High level of integrity discipline alertness and professionalism
