Shangri-La The Fort Manila is located within Fort Bonifacio a former military base and city centre. With 60 storeys high the complex is comprised of576 hotel guestrooms and 97 hotel residences and 98exclusive Horizon Homes the high rise building is a Manila landmark. The new hotelcomplements the companys five existing properties in the Philippines.
The mixed-use business residential and retail tower is located along 5thAvenue and 30th Street within the new fast-developing Taguig business district. It is a30-minute drive from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport and is alsoclose to the Manila Golf Club and Manila Polo Club 10 minutes from Makati district the capitals financial cultural and entertainment hub with first-class shopping malls.
DUTIES
- The Admin Personnel directlyreports to theDirector of Security.
- He/Sheis responsible for planning coordination organization staff supervision and quality controls for the security operation in order to effect optimum protection of guests staff and assets.
- He/She is responsible for all administrative and clerical work of the whole division
- He/She must be knowledgeable in preparing correspondence.
- He/She must know how to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
REQUIREMENTS
- Preferably a college graduate.
- Preferably proficient in the Security planning process.
- Preferably has an ability to analyze threat and risk potential
- Preferably an effective leader.
- Preferably proficient in all aspects of security operations (i.e Admin & Personnel Intelligence Operations Logistics CEIS Finance Plans & Programs Training).
- Preferably proficient in English both oral and written.
- Preferably understands & anticipates customers needs & strives to meet those needs.
- Strives to deliver high quality service & achieve high customer satisfaction.
- Respects the views of others and cooperates with others to achieve a common goal.
