OVERVIEW
The Business Development Representative (BDR) executes the client staffs Permission to Market outbound strategyan approach focused on earning permission delivering value and building long-term relationships not high-pressure selling.
Your goal is to create meaningful conversations with Warehouse Managers National Warehouse Managers and Operations Managers across the Retail Logistics Warehousing Wholesale and Industrial sectors.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute the Two-Call Outbound Framework
Call 1: Permission Call
Use pattern-brake opener to earn attention.
Offer relevant value asset
Secure permission to send content and follow up
Call 2: Value Intelligence Call
Confirm content engagement
Set upfront contract for honest discussion
Gather market intelligence (providers satisfaction pain points trigger events)
Log all intelligence in HubSpot
Secure ongoing engagement
Opportunity Development
Identify prospects showing buying readiness
Book site visits for Tom or Tawanda
CRM & Data Management
Maintain meticulous HubSpot records
Catalog market insights consistently
Curious: genuinely interested in understanding warehouse operations

Full Time Position
Work From Home Set up
Can work between Monday to Friday (AEST hours)
Laptop / Desktop (Minimum requirements 16 GB RAM i5 processor & Windows 10)
Internet Speed (Minimum of 15 MBPS
Salary: $11.5 AUD per hour
