CORE FUNCTIONS

Project Support

• Supports the Business Integrity team during the preparation training and implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) across all Strategic Business Units (SBU).
• Supports in the maintenance of project plans schedules and follow-ups.
• Assist the Credentialing Systems Manager on various tasks including generating reports creating task list and providing project updates via email Teams or Asana
• Assist in organizing meetings taking notes and tracking follow up action items.
• Communicate any question/concern with Credentialing Systems Manager and/or Director of Credentialing

Document Management

• Aid in organizing uploading and itemizing onboarding documents for each of the SBUs.
• Provide support in the data migration process by assisting with the upload and organization of all credentials into the new ATS.

Testing

• Assist the Credentialing Systems Manager in conducting testing of tagging functionalities within the new ATS
• Assist Credentialing Systems Manager in testing the onboarding initiation process within the new ATS.
• Conduct overall system audits within the new ATS and its corresponding integration systems.

Other Tasks

• Adding notes in Asana of any important information or tasks and notifying all the concerned personnel.
• Any other tasks assigned/requested by Business Integrity team.
