Job Summary

Imagine360 is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join the team! The Administrative Support Specialist is responsible for managing incoming documents by uploading and indexing them as needed and verifying member eligibility.

Position Location: Hybrid - Work from Home & Onsite 1550 Liberty Ridge Drive Wayne PA 19087

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Handles incoming documents uploads and indexes as requested.
  • Confirms member eligibility on incoming Medicaid and Electronic claims.
  • Assists in the processing of incoming and outgoing mail as assigned.
  • Provides timely and thorough follow-up with internal and external customers.
  • Recognizes and alerts appropriate leadership of trends or other anomalies and participates in the solutions.
  • Completes HIPAA training annually.

Experience/Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of one year of related experience.
  • Experience in health insurance claims administration or related field.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Working knowledge of computers and software including but not limited to Microsoft Office products.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated organizational problem solving and analytical skills as well as detail oriented.
  • Strong written telephonic and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently prioritize workloads multi-task and manage priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to meet deadlines handle stress interacts professionally with others.
