As a Sr. Engineer in photo process development you will be a part ofground-breaking Sophisticated DRAM research & development photolithography team. The position promisesample opportunitiesfor innovation collaboration and testing a new dimension with next generation DRAM. You will work directly with process integration and other process areas such as Wet etch CVD Diffusion Metals Dry Etch & CMP. You will work on innovative and outstanding lithography scanners & own the process roadmap to meet program and yield goals.

In this role your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Lead a particular module withinnextgeneration storage device. Develop new manufacturing friendly photolithography processes that enablethe physicaland electrical architecture with lithography technology including 365 248 and 193 immersion lithography. Engage with equipment/material vendors onnew solutionsto overcome process challenges.

  • Innovatenew design layout and photolithography techniques to open a solution space for building future generations of memory devices. Review all types of literature toidentifypotential intellectualproperties(IP) opportunities and file disclosures.

  • Use data analysis and/or machine learning toidentifyroot cause by correlating device failure with process conditions. Data may include criticaldimension registration cross section etc.

  • Document and communicate plans status and results of projects in written reports and presentations.

MinimumQualifications:

  • 5 years of Photolithography experience!

  • Strong skills for research and development andabilityto build manufacturing-friendly technologies.

  • Understanding opticstoincludethe principles and application of immersion lithography polarized illumination and low k1 imaging.

  • Experience with chemicalprocessspecific to lithography including materials for 365 248 and 193nm lithography.

  • Understanding ofmaterial properties and characterization techniques of lithography.

  • Ability to work well with others in a highly collaborative environment as well as independently withstrongsense of ownership.

  • Excellent analytical skills.

  • Strong communicationskills (writtenverbaland presentation).

  • Required Education:PhD and 3 years of relevant industryexperienceORaMastersdegree and 5 years of relevant industryexperienceOR aBachelors Degreeand 7years of relevant industry experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Data science and programming experience/coursework are strongly preferred.

  • Coursework or experience in photolithography and semiconductor manufacturing preferred.

  • Experience with photolithography simulation software is a plus.
