In this role youll

Actively develop and manage relationships with highvalue business clients while promoting a broad range of banking products and services.
Develop strong partnerships with commercial relationship managers branch managers and other internal teams to support seamless client experiences.
Drive sales performance by meeting goals related to volume profitability sales activities and calling efforts.
Build new referral channels through centers of influence community engagement bank events and participation in professional and small business seminars.
Understand the full suite of company products and refer clients to partners across the organization as appropriate.
Coordinate meetings between prospective clients and key partners including Commercial Relationship Managers Treasury Management Mortgage Investments and others.
Ensure full compliance with policies procedures security requirements and applicable federal and state regulations.

What were looking for

You have a bachelors degree in Accounting Business Economics Law Computer Science or a related field (Required).
You have 4 or more years of experience in business banking (Required).
An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.

Compensation & Benefits

Targeted starting salary range (based on experience): $110000 annually
Robust uncapped quarterly incentive plan
