Job Summary

Job Summary:
- Serve as a Senior Business Analyst for a large MMIS modernization project with a state government client
- Bring 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst including 3 years in business process modeling/management.
- Leverage 5 years of experience in MMIS Medicare/Medicaid or major health care payer domains.
- Utilize knowledge of EPSDT TPL or MAR/MER.
- Work within large multi-contractor environments and lead centralized or matrixed teams (2 years experience required).
- Oversee contract monitoring for system development configuration and operational activities.
- Review follow and help improve processes and procedures supporting multi-vendor programs.
- Collaborate with multiple vendors and cross-functional teams both in-person and virtually.
- Review and provide feedback or approval on program project and software artifacts from multiple vendors.
- Interact professionally with executives managers and subject matter experts.
- Perform standard project functions: documentation presentations meeting facilitation reporting tracking artifacts/issues/action items.
- Provide business and requirements oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
- Understand all phases of project management and software development life cycles.
- Support various software development methodologies and configuration activities.
- Assist with CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) reporting and certification processes.
- Maintain project assets manage communications and ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
