This is a remote position.

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our clients remote team specializing in Bankruptcy and Foreclosure this role you will play a critical part in representing clients through complex legal proceedings ensuring the timely and effective resolution of cases. Responsibilities:

Represent clients in bankruptcy and foreclosure proceedings including appearances at hearings and mediations.
Draft review and manage legal pleadings motions and supporting documentation with precision.
Maintain clear professional communication with clients court staff and opposing counsel.
Ensure all case-related tasks are completed accurately and submitted within established deadlines.
Assist with special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned by the legal team.

Requirements

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active and in good standing license to practice law in Maryland and/or Virginia State Bar
Must possess a valid vehicle and be willing to travel to in-person hearings as needed.
Must reside in Maryland or Virginia.
Proven ability to manage and prioritize a high-volume caseload effectively.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality client service.
Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Highly detail-oriented with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines and maintaining attendance.
Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced multitasking legal environment.

Nice To Have:

05 years of experience in bankruptcy and foreclosure law; experience preferred; training provided for qualified candidates.

Required Skills:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active 0-3 years experience in bankruptcy/collection or civil law litigation Skilled in the ability to analyze case law Microsoft Office Suite Skilled in the ability to analyze case law and provide recommendations.

Required Education:

J.D. from an accredited law school with an Active license to practice law in VA.
