Job Description
- Handle a variety of employment and labor litigation matters for employer-side clients
- Draft pleadings motions briefs discovery requests and other key litigation documents
- Assist with case strategy factual development and legal analysis
- Take part in depositions hearings mediations and other litigation events
- Partner with experienced attorneys on high-level employment disputes and workplace matters
- Communicate effectively with clients and help deliver practical business-focused legal solutions
- Manage deadlines and caseload responsibilities in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
Qualifications
- 2 years of litigation experience
- Active Colorado bar admission required
- Labor and employment law experience preferred
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent legal writing research and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills and sound professional judgment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
