Program Overview:
Commercial Bankingprovidescredit treasury management and corporate and investment banking solutions to businesses withsalesgenerallygreaterthan$25million.TheCommercial Banking Early Career Development Program is a two-year program focused ongainingexposure to Commercial Banking throughan initialphase of business rotations(first year)followed by an immersive experience in a single business(second year). The program will promote professional development andbusinessskillsacquisition throughon-the-jobexperience as well as formal in-person and virtual training including afoundationalintroduction to credit andbankingfundamentals.
In the Commercial Banking Early Career DevelopmentProgramyou will:
Rotate across severalCommercial Bankingbusinessareastoacquirediverse experiencesandinsightsas well asdeterminethe roles that align to your career interests.You may be involved in sales creditproductor strategic activitiessuch as:
Participating in the sourcing structuring underwriting and execution of low complexity multi-million-dollar credit transactions asan active member of the deal team.
Conductingdue diligence analyzing financial statements building financial models anddeterminingrisk ratings to preparecomprehensive memos that support credit recommendations.
Leveraging market industry and company research and analysis along with product knowledge to ensure the success ofbusiness development efforts.
Receiving direction from supervisor andexercisingindependent judgment and accountability while working with diverse teams ona variety of tasks including compliance and risk management responsibilities.
Collaborating and consulting with colleagues and managers to complete deliverables resolve issues and help deliver businessinitiatives communications and other materials to internal stakeholders and clients.
Program structure:
You will begin the program in one of our ten regional locations.Following the foundational training you will enter your first of four six-month rotations in select business areas over the course of two years.

The Commercial Banking Early Career Development Program is designed topromotea long-term career at Wells Fargothrough broad exposure to the business and its career paths as well as professional and technical development.After successfully completing the program analystswill be prepared for a multitude of roles including Relationship Manager Business Development Officer Portfolio Manager Business ExecutionConsultantCommercial Banking Syndication AssociateCredit Product Sales SpecialistCredit Product Portfolio Specialistandothers.

Required Qualifications US:
6 months of work experience or equivalentdemonstratedthrough one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experienceeducation.
Desired Qualifications:
Shouldpossessor be pursuingbachelorsdegree with gradation date by June 2026.All majorswelcome.
Military experience with customer service analytics strategy implementation risk management projectmanagementor financial/budget analysis.
Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.
Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint) skills.
Ability to work effectively as well as independently in a collaborativechange drivenenvironment.
Involvement in extracurricular enrichment activities through one or more of the following: volunteerism student organization involvement study abroad program(s) leadership position(s) non-profit involvement.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance skills experience or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
