Hours: 8 hours per shift 5 shifts per week
Pay Rate: $65$70/hour
Job Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Outpatient Pharmacist to support a newly established Specialty Pharmacy within an outpatient setting. This role combines both clinical and dispensing responsibilities and requires close collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. The ideal candidate will have strong specialty pharmacy experience and thrive in a fast-paced patient-focused environment.
Epic Compass Rose experience is mandatory.
Oncology pharmacy experience is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities
Perform clinical and dispensing functions in a Specialty Pharmacy setting
Accurately process and dispense specialty medications in compliance with regulatory standards
Collaborate closely with providers primarily within Oncology as well as clinical and pharmacy staff
Coordinate with Prior Authorization and Financial Assistance teams to ensure timely patient access to medications
Work with transportation and support services to facilitate continuity of patient care
Maintain accurate and complete documentation within Epic Compass Rose
Support pharmacy operations with an average volume of approximately 50 prescriptions per month
Ensure adherence to pharmacy regulations organizational policies and patient safety standards
Required Qualifications
Epic Compass Rose experience (required)
Active Pharmacist license (state-compliant)
Strong clinical knowledge and dispensing expertise
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
Preferred Qualifications
Oncology pharmacy experience
Specialty pharmacy experience
