Position Overview
Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week assignment in Cumming Georgia at a multidisciplinary outpatient rehabilitation center.
The Occupational Therapist will provide therapy services to patients with a wide range of conditions while collaborating with a team of physical therapists speech therapists and specialty therapy providers.
Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans

Provide therapy to improve functional independence and daily living skills
-
Implement evidence-based rehabilitation techniques
-
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
-
Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams

Document patient evaluations progress and treatment outcomes
Requirements
-
Active Occupational Therapist License
-
BLS Certification (AHA)
-
Minimum 2 years of occupational therapy experience

Lymphedema Certification required
Preferred Experience
-
Outpatient rehabilitation experience
-
Experience working with multidisciplinary therapy teams

Familiarity with specialty rehabilitation programs
