Position Overview
Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 24-week assignment in Fayetteville Georgia within a hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation center.
This role focuses on treating patients with lymphedema and other rehabilitation diagnoses working closely with a multidisciplinary therapy team including PTs PTAs OTs OTAs and SLPs.
Key Responsibilities

Perform occupational therapy evaluations and develop treatment plans

Provide therapy interventions to improve functional independence

Treat patients with lymphedema and related conditions

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Educate patients and families on therapy programs and home exercises

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary therapy teams

Document patient care and treatment progress in Epic EMR
Requirements
-
Active Georgia Occupational Therapist License
-
BLS Certification (AHA)
-
NBCOT Certification
-
Lymphedema Certification required
-
Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience
Facility & Unit Highlights
