What Youll Do

As a Production Associate you will:

Assemble process and photograph products for online sale in accordance with established production guidelines
Make real-time adjustments to improve efficiency and quality based on daily results
Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
Follow all safety procedures and help promote a culture of workplace safety
Meet or exceed daily production targets while maintaining high-quality standards
Cross-train in other production areas to support operational flexibility
Use computers tablets cameras and software systems to support production and inventory workflows
Perform other duties as needed to support team and company goals

What Were Looking For

The ideal candidate possesses a positive and proactive mindset as well as the ability to work efficiently in a production or fulfillment environment. You should have:

Experience in production order fulfillment photography or product quality environments
Comfort using technology including computers tablets cameras and software systems
Familiarity with WMS or ERP systems (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
The ability to communicate effectively and work well as part of a team
A can-do attitude and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Work Environment

Climate-controlled warehouse setting
Use of step ladders cutting tools scales packaging equipment and general shop tools

Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
Ability to push or pull pallets up to 1000 pounds using a pallet jack
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts
