Job Summary

Job Title: Area / Regional Sales Manager

Role Summary
Drive sales growth and brand presence within a defined geographic region by executing strategic sales plans building strong customer relationships and achieving regional performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned to national objectives

  • Achieve and exceed regional sales targets through effective planning and execution

  • Monitor market trends competitor activity and customer needs

  • Build manage and grow key customer relationships

  • Implement promotions and track performance and sell-through

  • Identify new business opportunities and recommend product or service solutions

  • Maintain accurate reporting forecasts and sales data

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in sales within skincare beauty or a related industry

  • Analytical results-driven and highly organised

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Self-motivated adaptable and collaborative
