Job Summary

As an OT / ICS Architecture Lead you will:

Design high-level and low-level OT architecture diagrams covering ICS SCADA DCS PLC/RTU and plant automation environments.
Lead OT system modernization initiatives including migration from legacy and insecure industrial protocols to secure alternatives.
Drive ITOT convergence architecture covering identity management asset visibility patch management and secure remote access.
Provide architectural guidance to OT engineering operations and cybersecurity teams.
Define and enforce standards for OT system configuration hardening patching asset inventory and backup/restore processes.
Ensure regulatory and industry compliance across OT environments (ISO 27001 NERC CIP Pharma GxP Oil & Gas standards).
Maintain and govern OT architecture documentation and repositories across plants and industrial sites.

What You Bring to the Table:

10 years of hands-on experience in OT ICS or industrial automation architecture.
Strong experience working with ICS/OT technologies including PLCs SCADA DCS HMI and Historian systems.
Deep understanding of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus OPC UA/DA DNP3 PROFINET and EtherNet/IP.
Proven experience in designing and securing OT environments in large-scale industrial or critical infrastructure settings.
Solid knowledge of IT-OT integration challenges risks and architectural patterns.
Practical exposure to regulatory and compliance-driven environments.
Strong documentation skills for architecture standards reference models and operating procedures.

You Should Possess the Ability to:

Translate complex industrial operations into secure scalable OT architectures.
Evaluate OT environments for risk visibility gaps and legacy security weaknesses.
Lead protocol modernization efforts while minimizing operational disruption.
Align OT architecture with cybersecurity frameworks especially ISA/IEC 62443.
Collaborate effectively with engineering operations and security stakeholders.
Enforce architectural governance across multiple plants or industrial sites.
Balance availability safety and security requirements in mission-critical OT systems.
