JOB PURPOSE

This role is part of our Creative & Media team based in Rotterdam and Amsterdam. Our team is a vibrant mix of talents ranging from Creatives Influencer Marketers Brand & Content Strategists to Account Managers Programmatic and Marketing Automation Consultants. Together we blend imaginative storytelling and performance-driven strategies with cutting-edge technology to create engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients.

Joining this team means becoming part of our EMEA SEO community a network of 40 consultants spanning multiple offices across Europe. We empower brands to grow through organic search in all its evolving this role youll act as a high-level strategic advisor for our key clients while serving as a cornerstone for the development of our craft. Youll dive deep into client needs challenge their goals and propose sophisticated hands-on solutions that drive real business impact.

Were looking for a specialist with a deep-rooted passion for the future of search (specifically GEO and Social search) who can lead the way in these emerging areas. This role requires a strong strategic foundation combined with the execution skills needed to deliver results on our most complex accounts. Youll take full ownership of your work providing expert guidance to both colleagues and clients to ensure our SEO/GEO proposition remains at the cutting edge.

WHAT YOULL DO

You will take full ownership of organic growth for our key EMEA clients acting as both a strategic partner and a reliable expert. You will:

• Develop and implement high-impact SEO/GEO strategies that align perfectly with client business goals and their target audiences
• Guide SEO consultants who assist you on your accounts ensuring they execute your roadmaps with precision and quality
• Remain an expert practitioner while leading strategically performing research audits or deep-dive analyses whenever the situation requires it
• Independently lead SEO/GEO contributions for new business pitches and specialized projects showcasing our expertise to prospective partners
• Track performance and analyze complex datasets to provide insightful reports that explain the why behind the metrics and offer clear paths for improvement
• Stay at the forefront of organic search trends proactively adapting client strategies to keep them ahead of the competition

WHAT YOU BRING

• Have at least 5 years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of moving the needle for diverse brands
• Youve already taken your first steps into the world of GEO; you understand how LLMs surface information and are experimenting with how to optimize for them
• Are fluent in both Dutch and English (written and spoken) allowing you to consult at a high level for both local and international clients
• Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into meaningful optimizations
• Have excellent presentation skills and can distill complex technical ideas into clear persuasive narratives for any stakeholder
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment working with a high degree of independence while remaining a collaborative team player
