Job Summary

As a Business Analyst BPMN you will:

Gather analyze and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
Design and support API integrations between internal platforms and external systems.
Query manipulate and analyze data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.
Develop and maintain API documentation integration specifications and technical artifacts.
Monitor API calls and troubleshoot data flows to ensure reliability performance and data accuracy.
Collaborate with business stakeholders IT teams and developers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Implement and manage business process modelling using BPMN 2.0 standards.
Design enterprise-wide process modelling frameworks using Sparx Enterprise Architect.
Establish and maintain modelling standards and governance guidelines for enterprise adoption.

What You Bring to the Table:

68 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Analyst in data-driven or integration-focused environments.
Strong experience in API integration concepts documentation and troubleshooting.
Expertise in Business Process Modelling (BPMN 2.0) and process design methodologies.
Experience working with Sparx Enterprise Architect for modelling frameworks and architecture documentation.
Strong knowledge of data analysis data management and enterprise architecture tools.
Experience delivering BPMN training or knowledge-sharing sessions for business analysts or teams.
Excellent stakeholder communication and requirement gathering skills.

You Should Possess the Ability to:

Translate complex business requirements into clear technical solutions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including business architecture and development teams.
Analyze and interpret complex datasets to support decision-making.
Design scalable and standardized process modelling frameworks across enterprise systems.
Identify integration gaps and improve system interactions using API-based solutions.
Ensure documentation quality governance standards and enterprise architecture alignment.
