ANGARAI is seeking a People Operations & Talent Acquisition Management System (TAMS) Specialist to manage HR operations talent acquisition and payroll using the Zoho ecosystem as the single system of record. This role supports both ANGARAI INDIA and ANGARAI (USA) and operates in alignment with U.S. EST business hours.
The role plays a key part in supporting ANGARAIs commitment to operational excellence industry best practices data integrity and continuous improvement ensuring structured hiring effective people operations accurate payroll execution and audit-ready HR documentation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition using Zoho Recruit including job creation job postings candidate sourcing pipeline management interview coordination offer management and hiring closure
- Partner with ANGARAI leadership and delivery teams to understand role needs and translate business requirements into clear role-specific job descriptions aligned with ANGARAIs service offerings
- Actively source identify and attract talent for consulting program/project management business transformation enterprise technology and business solution support roles
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and strategic roles aligned with ANGARAIs growth plans
- Own Zoho People as the official System of Record for all employee data across ANGARAI entities
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding documentation attendance leave management role changes and offboarding
- Coordinate and support payroll processing using Zoho Payroll / SurePayroll for ANGARAI INDIA and ANGARAI (USA) ensuring data accuracy and timely execution
- Draft maintain and implement HR policies SOPs and employee handbooks aligned with ANGARAIs organizational standards certifications and industry best practices
- Ensure all HR and hiring processes are well-documented standardized consistent and audit-ready
- Generate and maintain HR hiring and payroll reports to support leadership planning workforce decisions and operational reviews
- Configure manage and optimize workflows approvals forms and automations within Zoho People and Zoho Recruit
- Ensure proper role-based access controls data integrity and confidentiality across all HR and talent systems
- Collaborate with ICT and leadership teams to continuously improve HR systems governance and process efficiency
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of mandatory hands-on experience using the Zoho HR ecosystem including:
Zoho Recruit creating job requirements posting roles sourcing candidates managing pipelines coordinating interviews and issuing offers
Zoho People maintaining employee records as the system of record managing onboarding attendance leave documentation and offboarding
Zoho Payroll and/or SurePayroll supporting payroll data preparation validation and coordination
Proven experience in talent acquisition including hiring sourcing and identifying candidates for consulting project/program management business transformation enterprise technology and corporate support roles
