Veegaland Homes is seeking a detail-oriented HR Executive Payroll to manage end-to-end payroll operations and support HR functions. The role requires ensuring accurate salary processing statutory compliance and maintaining strict confidentiality of employee data.
Process monthly payroll accurately and within defined timelines
Maintain employee attendance leave salary and statutory records
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements (PF ESI PT TDS etc.)
Prepare payroll reports reconciliations and MIS for management
Handle employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies
Coordinate with Finance Accounts and external payroll vendors
Maintain payroll documentation and support internal/external audits
Ensure confidentiality and data integrity of HR and payroll records
Assist in other HR operational activities as required
Requirements
* 1-4 years of work experience managing Payroll.
* BBA/MBA in HR
