Job Summary
- Lead the Quality Department overseeing quality system management in line with ISO 9001 ISO/IEC 17025 ISO 45001 and any other applicable management systems aligned with the regional quality strategy.
- Maintain all required accreditations and ensure ongoing compliance within stipulated timelines.
- Partner with department heads and the regional team to ensure internal audits are planned executed and closed out to a high standard.
- Work with department heads to ensure workplace safety practices comply with local legal and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and support local designation and operational registrations in accordance with statutory obligations.
- Design initiate and deliver internal safety and quality training programs as planned.
- Coordinate with the regional quality team to roll out regional quality initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
- Provide regular consistent quality reporting to the ASEAN Regional Quality Head and the local Corporate Representative Director.
- Perform other QA-related responsibilities as assigned by the Regional Office.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Quality Safety Management or an engineering-related disciplineMinimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 ISO standards and Vietnam laboratory accreditation requirements under BoA/VILAS (or equivalent frameworks)
- Proven experience with quality management systems and international quality and safety standards is preferred.
- Experience in Compliance Management and Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS) is an advantage.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Excellent organizational problem-solving and stakeholder communication abilities.
- Mature team player with high self-discipline a results-oriented mindset and demonstrated leadership capability.
Required Skills:
