Job Summary
Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Housekeeper for two residences located in Toronto Ontario. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the overall cleanliness and organization of the residences. This position is full-time live-out role. The schedule is Monday- Friday 9am 5pm.
Candidate Profile:
You are an experienced and well-rounded housekeeping professional who enjoys keeping a clean and organized home. You have a strong understanding of household hygiene and cleaning best practices. You have a do what it takes attitude and have a calm and collected approach when things dont go as planned.
Primary Responsibilities:
Daily housekeeping includes dusting vacuuming kitchen and bathroom cleaning and washing floors
Management of household inventories and implementation of organizational strategies
Daily laundry
Basic meal preparation for the families
Special projects include but not limited to quarterly deep cleans household cupboard and closet cleaning and reorganization
Errands including but not limited to dry cleaning grocery shopping package drop offs etc.
Other duties as required from time to time
Applicant Qualities:
Must have previous experience working in a private residence
Must be punctual and reliable
Must maintain privacy and confidentiality at all times exercise diplomacy discretion and respect of boundaries
Applicants must be service oriented with excellent English communication skills
A valid Ontario G licence is required
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
