The Life of Our Housekeeper
At Mission Hill Family Estate excellence is in the details. As a Seasonal Housekeeper supporting our Residences you will play a key role in ensuring our estate homes are impeccably maintained and consistently guest-ready.
This position supports the delivery of seamless high-touch guest experiences through exceptional standards of cleanliness organization and discretion.
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver high standards of housekeeping and guest service across all residences
- Perform all cleaning duties to luxury private-residence standards
- Maintain bedrooms bathrooms kitchens living areas and patios
- Launder steam and rotate linens in accordance with IWBC standards
- Monitor and maintain housekeeping inventory levels
- Prepare residences for arrivals including set-ups amenities and personalized touches
- Support check-in and check-out processes completing detailed post-stay resets
- Identify and report maintenance concerns promptly
- Replenish supplies and organize stock areas as required
- Track cleaning tasks using established checklists and daily logs
- Support guest-preference setups as directed by the VIP Services Manager
- Uphold all health safety and confidentiality protocols
Success in this role means residences are prepared on time resets are completed to standard amenities are fully stocked and issues are addressed proactively.
This is a seasonal temporary position running from May through October with availability required during peak periods including weekends and holidays.
What Were Looking For
- 3 years of housekeeping experience
- Experience in luxury hotels or private residences is considered an asset
- A gracious professional and discreet approach to guest service
- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Experience with inventory tracking or reporting is an asset
