Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and results-oriented Marketer to promote the companys products and services attract new customers and strengthen our market presence. The ideal candidate should be creative persuasive and able to combine strategic thinking with practical execution to achieve measurable sales and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness.
Identify potential customers and convert leads into active clients.
Promote the companys products and services through direct marketing digital platforms and networking.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
Plan and execute campaigns promotions and events to boost visibility and engagement.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent after-sales support.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives.
Track and report on marketing performance including lead generation conversion and ROI.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in marketing sales or business development.
Strong understanding of marketing principles customer engagement and branding.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently meet targets and manage multiple tasks effectively.
